About Me
I help businesses build better software, automate workflows, and grow through cutting-edge engineering and business strategy.
More personally..
My name is Nick Mang and I'm software engineer and entrepreneur with a background spanning full-stack development, system architecture, automation, and technical leadership. I have a computer science degree from Rutgers University, graduating and starting my full-time tech career in 2018.
I enjoy working with founders and local businesses who want to grow and ship products fast. I'm passionate about building systems that solve real problems on the business or consumer end.
When I'm not working I'm drumming, going to music festivals, competing in fighting game tournaments, or playing poker. I also offer poker coaching or drum lessons as well, specify that in the form if you schedule a meeting. I've been playing drums for 20+ years and poker since college.
What I do
- • Fractional engineering and hands-on development
- • Custom software tools and workflow automation
- • Technical architecture and system design
- • Business growth strategy and product execution
- • Long-term partnerships and advisory support
Whether you need a technical partner to help you ship faster, stabilize systems, or unlock growth, I work pragmatically and transparently to deliver measurable results.
My Goal
is to have a diverse set of products and/or businesses as a full owner or partner. To be someone you can rely on to think critically, move decisively, and help your business scale, whether it's through long term partnership or your situational need for fractional engineering contract work.
I focus on clarity, speed, and execution. Building maintainable systems, avoiding unnecessary complexity, and aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.
